As an SDE-II, you will be responsible for owning modules, mentoring junior developers, and contributing significantly to technical design and product evolution. Your main tasks will involve delivering robust and scalable features utilizing the MERN stack, actively participating in architectural decisions, and enhancing system performance. The role requires you to be a self-starter, comfortable with fast-paced sprints, and focused on achieving business outcomes. - Take full ownership of features from design to deployment, building reusable and maintainable components using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA team members to deliver business-critical features successfully. - Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release cycles. - Review code, mentor junior developers (SDE-I), and enforce best practices. - Focus on improving application performance, scalability, and security. - Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing as necessary. - Evaluate technical debt and propose refactoring strategies. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant tech innovations into the work process. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in full-stack development, particularly with the MERN stack. A deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, async patterns, and API development is essential. Hands-on experience in MongoDB design, indexing, and query optimization is required. Proficiency in version control (Git), testing tools, and build pipelines is crucial, as well as experience in performance tuning and debugging in production environments. A solid grasp of system design, data structures, and clean architecture is highly beneficial. Moreover, exposure to microservices or serverless architecture, familiarity with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of product analytics, observability, and monitoring tools are considered advantageous. Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs, as well as domain knowledge in AEC, construction, or document workflows, would be a bonus.,
