Position: SDE-2 About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, and data-intensive application developmen t using Python , Golang, Django , and FastAPI. You will lead architecture and development efforts across backend, database, and infrastructure, powering our carbon intelligence platform and tools for farmers, field agents, and carbon buyers. Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable, resilient backend systems using Python (Django/FastAPI) and Golang. Design and manage data pipelines and APIs to support high-throughput geospatial and carbon data processing. Lead system and database design for real-time and batch applications. Integrate cloud-native services (AWS) for compute, storage, and orchestration. Collaborate with product, data science, and field teams to deliver impactful features end-to-end. Drive performance optimization, observability, and CI/CD improvements. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of full stack or backend development experience. Strong knowledge of distributed systems, system design, and data modeling. Proficiency in Python, Golang, and web frameworks like Django and FastAPI. Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and DevOps best practices. Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. Proven ability to handle large-scale, data-intensive systems in production. Bonus Points If You have: Experience with geospatial data processing (GDAL, rasterio, GeoJSON, etc.). Familiarity with real-time stream processing (Kafka, Redis Streams). Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus. Passion for climate, agriculture, or sustainability domains. Position :- DevSecOps Engineer About the Role: Were looking for someone who can own both DevOps and SecOps—designing resilient infrastructure while making sure our systems are airtight from day one. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS primarily, open to GCP/Azure if you bring expertise). Build CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments across environments. Automate infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive system health management. Lead SecOps initiatives: threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, IAM hardening, and compliance practices. Manage containerized workloads (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes) with strong security posture. Set up secure data pipelines and storage practices for sensitive datasets. Partner with engineering to embed security into development and release cycles (DevSecOps mindset). Establish disaster recovery, backup, and incident response playbooks. Keep ahead of evolving threats and ensure infrastructure meets industry best practices. Skills & Qualifications : 2-3 years of DevOps/SecOps experience in production environments. Deep hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Security Groups, etc.). Strong infrastructure-as-code background (Terraform, Ansible, or similar). Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, TLS, and secure system design. Track record of implementing and enforcing cloud security standards. Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Go preferred). Mindset: ownership, pragmatism, and bias for automation. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in regulated environments (ISO, SOC2, GDPR). Exposure to geospatial or IoT data pipelines. Knowledge of zero-trust architectures. Contributions to open-source DevOps/SecOps tools.
