Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Ability to create and maintain project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with task breakdown, dependency management, and milestone tracking.
  • Understanding of different project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Project Monitoring & Control:

  • Experience tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and reporting on status.
  • Ability to monitor and manage project risks and issues.
  • Experience with change management processes.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to document meeting minutes, and action items.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Proficiency in creating project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Experience with using project management software for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to create and maintain project repositories.

Resource Management:

  • Basic understanding of resource allocation and management.
  • Ability to track resource utilization.

Understanding of IT Concepts:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into project tasks.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.

Scrum Knowledge:

  • Experience working in Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews).

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:

  • Ability to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Organization & Time Management:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
