Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master (Agile Coach), your main responsibility will be to oversee and guide scrum teams by using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. You will be required to train, mentor, and support scrum teams in following agile values, principles, and practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items, scheduling and facilitating scrum events and meetings, monitoring progress and performance, and helping teams to make improvements. You will also need to plan and organize demos and product/system testing, track project processes, deliverables, and financials, and prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. Moreover, you will ensure that agile practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables, assist Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity, and support teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. - Certified Scrum Master. - Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, to deliver solutions. - Certified Agile Coach. - Experience in delivering solutions using JIRA project management tool. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
