Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Act as a SAFe Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Lead and mentor development teams in best practices for software development and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java.
Implement DevOps practices to enhance the software development lifecycle.
Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development process.
Continuously improve team processes and performance through retrospectives and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Scrum Master.
Proficiency in Agile ]management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
Extensive experience in Java programming.
Familiarity with DevOps] practices and security environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Understanding of microservices rchitecture.
Experience in mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in software development and Agile methodologies.
SAFe Scrum Master certification is a must.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
