Job Description

Core responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
Lead and organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments:
Identify and eliminate roadblocks that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
Coach the team:
Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile values, and continuous improvement to ensure effective team dynamics and high-quality work.
Promote collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and cross-functional environment where team members can work together effectively.
Support the Product Owner:
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and the team is aligned with business goals.
Protect the team:
Shield the development team from external distractions and interruptions.

Required skills and qualifications

Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to help resolve conflicts and address project challenges.
Experience working in a Scrum or agile environment.
Scrum Master certification is often required or preferred.
