Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective for the database development team.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the database development team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions tailored to database development processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues related to database development to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs specific to database development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality database solutions.
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles within the context of database development.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on database development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, particularly in the context of database development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to database development challenges.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies in the context of database development projects.
