As a Scrum Master at the company, your role involves guiding Agile ceremonies and practices, coaching and supporting the team in adhering to Agile principles, collaborating with Product Owners on backlog management, identifying and removing obstacles, fostering continuous improvement, managing metrics, and promoting Agile principles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, iteration planning, and iteration review to ensure adherence to the SAFe framework. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help the Agile team understand and practice Agile principles effectively. - Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-ordered and prioritized Team Backlog. - Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering the team's progress to ensure timely deliverables. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by organizing iteration retrospectives and implementing action items for team growth. - Manage relevant metrics and agile tools to assess team performance and Agile practices' effectiveness. - Maintain open communication with stakeholders and resolve conflicts within the team. - Promote Agile principles and SAFe framework within the organization to advocate for agility, continuous learning, and self-organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline. - Scrum Master certification of an agile framework, preferably SAFe methodology. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Fluency in English. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Influencing and persuasion. - Planning and organizing. - Problem-solving. - Project management.
