Scrum Master

Role Overview

eCommerce ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all

  Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  , including:
• Daily stand-ups
• Backlog grooming
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews/demos
• Retrospectives
• Understand business requirements and work with teams to:
• Estimate story points
• Plan Program Increments (PI) and sprints
• Define timelines and resource plans
• Track, monitor, and publish

  delivery metrics

  across sprints
• Collaborate with

  Technical Program Managers and Tech Leads

  to resolve requirement, design, testing, and release-related clarifications
• Coordinate and schedule:
• Transition activities
• Requirement grooming sessions
• Sprint demos during steady-state operations
• Manage dependencies across an integrated ecosystem involving:
• Salesforce B2B Commerce (SFCC)
• Salsify PIM
• Umbraco CMS
• Tenovos DAM
• SAP ERP
• Azure Integration Services
• Next.js UI
• Engage with

  client stakeholders, OEMs, third-party vendors

  , and internal teams to:
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Resolve issues and blockers
• Track daily sprint progress
• Coordinate code reviews, application demos, gather stakeholder feedback, and plan corrective actions for future sprints
  

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience

Mandatory experience in the CPG industry

1530 member agile teams

• Strong understanding of:
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• CMS, DAM, PIM platforms
• Payment and tax services
• Enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience with:

• GitHub

  (mandatory)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Continuous Integration and Delivery practices
• Unit testing, static analysis, and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of

  Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a

  fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with large-scale enterprise eCommerce implementations
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as

  Next.js

• Experience working in globally distributed teams
