Scrum Master / Project Manager - Technology

You are a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master with a background in Quality Assurance (QA) sought to join a dynamic team. Your responsibilities include managing project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring the implementation of Agile methodologies while upholding high standards for quality and testing. You will define and track project milestones, manage project resources, identify and mitigate project risks, and lead meetings, including Scrum ceremonies. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed project documentation, act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile methodologies, strong background in Quality Assurance and testing processes, and Scrum Master Certification (CSM or similar) is highly preferred. You should also possess experience managing and delivering software development projects, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project management tools. Preferred skills include experience with test automation tools, DevOps practices and tools, and mentoring junior team members on both Scrum and QA processes.
