Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure team adherence to agile principles and practices by promoting collaboration among team members.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress towards achieving project goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product backlog and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps) to ensure seamless integration of software releases into production environments.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure product backlog is refined and prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria for stories and ensure they are met throughout the development process.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on agile principles and practices to improve overall team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field (e.g., Electronics/Telecommunication).
  
• Strong understanding of Safe software development methodologies and Azure DevOps tools.
  
• Experience working with ADO .NET technologies.
