Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 5-10 years of experience to manage our agile project management methodology. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and experience in infrastructure - data center & DevOps domain.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the coordination and administrative aspects of our Scrum working model.
Prepare, host, and review Scrum-related calls to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure consistent backlog items and revise spent times from backlog planning.
Create a Sprint review report and follow defined processes regarding Scrum processes and artifacts.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
Implement agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum Master role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile working models.
Good project management skills and English language proficiency.
Experience with JIRA or a similar tool is a plus.
Ability to work in an international team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
