Job Description

3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master - Agile role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with Agile tools Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred
Good to have experience in software development or technical background
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Ensure transparency and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Support the team in achieving high performance and delivering value.
