Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex program.
Track and report engineering teams sprint progress to the management team.
Jira is a must and they should know how to create Boards and Dashboards.
They should be aware of the widgets in Dashboard which impact the Sprint Health. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience with Jira or other agile tools.
At the Project management level ,they should know how to handle Program, risk management and stakeholder management.
