Scrum Master

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure that Agile principles and practices are properly followed to maximize team productivity and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor the Agile team members on Scrum practices and Agile mindset. Help the product owner manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of priorities and goals. Identify and remove impediments or blockers that affect the teams progress. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Track and report key metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team performance. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align cross-team dependencies. Support organizational Agile transformation and contribute to improving Agile maturity.
