Job Description

Location: Bangalore Experience: 8 to 12 Years At least 5 years of relevant experience as Scrum master using Scrum // SAFe Agile methodologies with PSM/CSM SAFe certifications. The scrum leaders are expected to communicate across the Platform(s) (multiple PODs and groups) for Risks, Dependencies, planning and Status. A suitable candidate should be able to present the teams progress in multiple leadership meetings, able to answer questions related to planning, dependencies, risks, releases, Metrics etc. Able to participate and contribute Program Increment planning in SAFe model, and be able to generate Roadmaps Excellence in JIRA, Confluence and various reporting with respect to agile metrices, Manage multiple and cross functional team members on scrum POD and ensure that the release and sprint goals are achieved
