Looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Pune, where you will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master and technical delivery, with a strong understanding of project management, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, and hands-on experience in Windows, Unix, Network, SQL/Oracle database, and projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems, platforms, and technology through software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements and devise solutions.

Job Requirements

Experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of agile frameworks and Jira & Confluence.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud computing and AWS services, platform and application migration projects, and banking/finance domain is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and supervise a team.
In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
Thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
Leadership responsibilities include demonstrating a clear set of leadership behaviors to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard.
Partner with other functions and business areas, taking responsibility for end results of a teams operational processing and activities.
Escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately and take responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise, taking ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
Maintain and continually build an understanding of how own sub-function integrates with function, alongside knowledge of the organization's products, services, and processes within the function.
Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives, making evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and be guided by precedents.
Guide and persuade team members, communicating complex/sensitive information and acting as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside the team and external to the organization.
