Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities

• 8-12 years of overall project/program management experience
• Minimum 3-5 years as a Scrum Master leading Agile Delivery
• Strong Hands-on experience in Azure Dev Ops, Jira including work item management and dashboard creation
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and coach them on best practice
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with international stakeholders across geographies
• Prior exposure to data centric projects or claims related domain is a strong plus
• Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master

(PSM), SAFe Agilist or other scaled Agile certifications
