Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Lead and manage product delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies
Translate business requirements into sprint-ready features with clear acceptance criteria
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
Monitor product performance and maintain documentation across tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global teams to prioritize backlogs and define roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement and agile adoption within product teams
Maintain alignment between product features and customer needs
Ensure risk and compliance controls, including validation documentation
