Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Script Writer to create impactful and engaging scripts for various video formats, including patient stories, doctor interviews, hospital promos, explainer videos, internal communications, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, understands visual pacing, and can translate complex medical concepts into relatable human stories. Key Responsibilities: Write clear, compelling, and emotive scripts for videos ranging from 30 seconds to 5+ minutes in length. Collaborate with doctors, patients, videographers, designers, and marketers to craft authentic and effective narratives. Develop storyboards or script outlines based on concept briefs and creative direction. Transform complex medical procedures or treatments into easy-to-understand and emotionally resonant scripts. Ensure all scripts align with Omega Hospitals’ brand voice and values. Research topics thoroughly to ensure accuracy, credibility, and compliance with healthcare communication standards. Adapt scripts based on feedback and tailor them for various audiences and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, internal use, etc.). Contribute to campaign ideation, story development, and content strategy discussions. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Studies, Creative Writing, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in script writing, preferably in healthcare, advertising, media, or agency settings. Exceptional storytelling, dialogue writing, and conceptualization skills. Strong understanding of script structure, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques. Experience writing for different formats – promotional, documentary, educational, and branded content. Comfort working with creative briefs, tight deadlines, and collaborative feedback. Familiarity with video production, voiceover direction, and healthcare narratives is a plus. Preferred Qualities: A creative thinker with empathy and sensitivity to healthcare themes. Able to work cross-functionally with medical, creative, and marketing teams. Strong visual imagination and attention to detail. Passion for using storytelling to inspire, educate, and inform. Location: Gachibowli Note : The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the client's location, 6 days a week.
