Script Writer for Youtube Content (Hindi)

We are looking for a talented and creative Hindi Script Writer who can research, ideate, and write compelling and clear scripts for our YouTube videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi, an understanding of educational content, and the ability to connect with Indian students and parents. Key Responsibilities Write engaging, informative, and audience-specific scripts in Hindi for YouTube videos (5 to 10 minutes long). Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm new video ideas , topics, and series. Conduct thorough research on educational topics, exams (NEET, JEE, CBSE, etc.), motivation, study tips, and student/parent psychology. Maintain a storytelling style that is both motivational and educational. Adapt tone and style to suit GurukulMind’s brand voice and audience. Ensure scripts are optimized for audience retention and viewer engagement. Revise scripts based on feedback from the creative or production team. Requirements Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); working knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in scriptwriting for YouTube, education, or motivational content preferred. Excellent research and writing skills with a knack for simplification of complex concepts. Ability to write in a tone that resonates with students, teenagers, and Indian parents . Strong understanding of YouTube content structure (hooks, CTAs, retention strategies). Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, Hindi Literature , or related field. Familiarity with SEO and YouTube algorithms .
