Are you a master of dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar and uttpam etc.? Pandaz Platter, a growing street food kart, is looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef/Cook to join our team and bring authentic flavors to the street!

Work Timing: [full-time]

Job Role:

• Prepare authentic and delicious South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, etc.
• Maintain food taste, quality, and hygiene at all times
• Handle food prep and cooking during busy hours
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the cooking area
• Help with stock and inventory when required

Requirements:

• Experience in cooking South Indian food (home-style or professional)
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a compact space
• Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
• Passionate about cooking and street food culture
