Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, crisp, and brand-aligned 

  video scripts

   for YouTube, Instagram Reels, paid ads, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the 

  marketing, creative, and product

   teams to understand the brand tone, product USPs, and campaign objectives.
• Translate complex skincare and dermatological terms into 

  simple, relatable, and informative narratives

• Brainstorm creative video concepts and develop 

  hooks, CTAs, dialogues, and visual cues

  .
• Adapt scripts for various formats like voiceovers, testimonials, expert interviews, influencer videos, and tutorial-based content.
• Ensure scripts are SEO-friendly (where applicable) and aligned with current trends.
• Edit and refine existing scripts based on feedback and performance data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Background in beauty/skincare copywriting or content strategy.
• Experience writing for influencers or D2C brands.
• Ability to pitch creative content ideas proactively.
• 2–4 years of experience in 

  scriptwriting for digital/video content

  , preferably in skincare, beauty, health, or wellness.
• Strong command of storytelling, structure, tonality, and formatting.
• Ability to research skincare trends, ingredients, and benefits.
• Understanding of content performance on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with dermatologist or expert-led content is a plus.
