Job Description

Location: Pune (Chakan)

Qualification: Graduate

Role & responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per applicable laws.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
Reconcile TDS liabilities with books of accounts and 26AS.
Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A) to vendors and employees.
Handle TDS-related notices and coordinate with tax consultants or authorities if needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in TDS rules and regulations.
Support audits and internal reviews by providing necessary TDS data and documentation.
