Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary or taking messages. Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and presentation. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings. Administrative Support: Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events. Support HR or Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks. Maintain and update employee contact lists, attendance records, and documents. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance personnel. Requirements: Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
