Role & responsibilities Incoming / in process / final goods inspection of products at value stream Conducting Product & process audit in the value stream at supplier place Understanding & driving Homag and its customer requirements at supplier end Improvement projects / Elimination of defects during first part manufacturing Development of control plans, control standards and inspection standards Effective coordination and development of product quality at supplier CAPA on process defects and customer complaints Ensuring the product Quality and continuous improvement in the quality of the product Conducting Initial & periodic supplier audits & its resolution with suppliers Driving improvement projects / Monitoring Quality performance (FPY, COPQ) QMS requirements like calibration, internal audit, CAPA on complaints Knowledge of QMS and EHS requirements is essential (ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001)
1. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machines 2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs 3. Provide technical support to external customers at their location 4. Provide on-site training to the customers 5. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales 6. Create and maintain service information in the CRM 7. Responsible for submission of AMC quote and order collection 8. Plan and undertake AMC and preventive maintenance activities 9. Review resolution of all AMC / Service / Installation / Spare part related problem on time 10. Responsible for follow up of technical issues with customer for effective resolution 11. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions 12.
