Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Incoming / in process / final goods inspection of products at value stream
• Conducting Product & process audit in the value stream at supplier place
• Understanding & driving Homag and its customer requirements at supplier end
• Improvement projects / Elimination of defects during first part manufacturing
• Development of control plans, control standards and inspection standards
• Effective coordination and development of product quality at supplier
• CAPA on process defects and customer complaints Ensuring the product Quality and continuous improvement in the quality of the product
• Conducting Initial & periodic supplier audits & its resolution with suppliers
• Driving improvement projects / Monitoring Quality performance (FPY, COPQ)
• QMS requirements like calibration, internal audit, CAPA on complaints
• Knowledge of QMS and EHS requirements is essential (ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001)
