Key Skills:

1. Minimum 1 years of Procurement and Category Management/ Strategic Sourcing Experience, (e.g. IT & Telecom, MRO, Professional Services etc.) buying/ strategic sourcing experience.
2. Hands-on experience in strategic and tactical procurement, including RFx management, spot buying, sourcing support, catalog management, contract negotiation & administration, and vendor performance management.
3. Any Graduates

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1 years of Procurement and Category Management/Strategic Sourcing Experience, (e.g. IT & Telecom, MRO, Professional Services etc.) buying/ strategic sourcing experience.
• Hands on experience in managing Strategic/Tactical Procurement activities viz. RFx management, spot buy, sourcing support, catalog management, contract negotiation and administration, vendor performance management etc.
• Hands on experience in driving, managing and achieving cost savings through category spend.
• Spend & Market analysis and end to end S2P expertise.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Good Analytical skills, Negotiation and communication skills.
• Functional exposure to eProcurement - Ariba, SAP or any other top eProcurement systems.
• Ability to articulate effectively with stakeholders while driving savings opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
• Perform strategic/ tactical buying and fulfill the procurement requirements of client Demand Management and Procurement Team.
• Responsible for end-to-end RFx management and contract negotiation with suppliers
• Identify and led the supplier consolidation/rationalization projects for further cost optimization.
• Meet and comply with savings targets and outlined SLAs
• Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research, and conduct bench marking analysis with respect to the industry standards.
