Skills Required:? Customer facing role with good communication.? SAP Ariba knowledge is good to have, but not a must as most of the work for the person would be focused on contract redlining, vendor negotiation etc.? Years of experience ? this might require at least 6 years of experience as the associate would be working on negotiating with the vendors on the rates. JD:Sourcing Analyst : ? Review procurement contracts and take responsibility for the contract terms and administrative duties related to contracts with the customer?s vendors.? Research and evaluate potential providers or suppliers? Examine current providers and determine areas of improvement? Develop and draft procurement plans to ensure correct purchasing? Liaison with different function groups (facilities, finance, legal, etc.) for finalizing contracts on time.? Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet organization?s goals, keeping budgets in check? Research and source local product vendors, including local, regional, and multi-national firms? Negotiate commercial for contracts with vendors for best value.? Interface between business and vendors for faster facilitation of contact renewals / amendments.? Monitor and track contract renewals and initiate renewals in advance.? Onboard new vendors on customer systems? Initiate / track procurement.? Initiate Purchase order for services procurement? Additional if have knowledge as OEM Analyst
