Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Supply Delivery & Logistics Strategy

    : Develop and implement supply chain and logistics solutions tailored to the representative offices needs, ensuring alignment with market demands, customer requirements, and business goals.
  2. Order Fulfilment & Process Management

    : Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective service. Identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Customs & Import/Export Management

    : Manage the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong relationships with customs authorities for smooth cross-border transactions.
  4. Inventory & Goods Management

    : Supervise the receipt, stocking, and dispatching of goods. Ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and the security of materials throughout the supply chain.
  5. Procurement of Materials & Supplier Management

    : Develop procurement strategies for goods and auxiliary materials. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, order placement, and payment applications. Strengthen supplier relationships to secure competitive advantages.
  6. Supplier Performance & Market Analysis

    : Continuously evaluate supplier performance and market trends. Develop strategies for cost reduction, supplier optimization, and improved procurement competitiveness.
  7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

    : Work closely with other departments (e.g., business development, finance) to support market bidding processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain and procurement activities.
  8. Develop the strategy and plan for local manufacturing expansion: Through market insights and industry analysis, conduct a feasibility study for expanding local manufacturing, and develop a master plan, milestones, and implementation strategy.
  9. Budget & Expense Control

    : Prepare and manage budgets for procurement, customs clearance, and logistics operations. Monitor expenses to ensure they remain within budget while maintaining high-quality service levels.

  • Knowledge & Skills: strong procurement & supply chain management knowledge, Vendor & Supplier Management knowledge, Data analytical skills,

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

    ,

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, Strong ability to manage budgets, ensuring cost effective while maintaining quality and SLA.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in chinese.
