Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to support our Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the European B2B market. This is a backend support role focused mainly on demand planning and ensuring smooth supply chain execution. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to make sure products are available on time as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with BDMs to collect, validate and consolidate customer forecasts from various European markets.
  • Lead or support monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand and supply with internal teams.
  • Develop accurate rolling demand forecasts based on market trends, historical sales data, and customer inputs.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and take corrective actions to improve reliability.
  • Plan inventory levels, manage stock availability, and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams.
  • Ensure smooth new product launches (phase-in/phase-out, end-of-life planning) by aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory cover, service levels).
  • Support documentation, invoicing, and follow up for timely receivables while ensuring uninterrupted supply flow.
  • Provide regular status updates and dashboards to BDMs and management on supply readiness and risks.
  • Understand regional regulations and logistics nuances across Europe to support seamless delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in demand planning / supply chain operations (international experience preferred).
  • Prior experience interacting with customers or commercial teams is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
