Supply Chain Manager / Logistics & Inventory Manager

Qualification: BE / Logistics/ Supply Chain

Knowledge in SAP Is a Must

Experience: 10-12 years

Package: 10-15 Lacs

Age: Around 35-40 Years

9. Verify that each approved purchase request contains complete data, such as specifications, drawings, technical documentation, and delivery expectation.

10. Work with the Procurement Manager to define and update price lists for standard mechanical components (shafts, gears, castings ( PDC & GDC ), machined components, plastics components, rubber components etc.).

11. Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing suppliers and continuously scout the market to identify new potential suppliers for cost competitiveness, innovation, and supply chain reliability.

12. Lead the negotiation process with suppliers covering pricing, payment terms, tooling cost allocation, delivery conditions, packaging standards, logistics, service levels, and penalties.

13. Prepare negotiation summaries and submit key procurement cases requiring higher authorization.

14. Issue purchase orders for mechanical components and ensure timely approval and release by the Procurement Manager.

Participates in the qualification of new suppliers in collaboration with the applicant body, the Quality Office, and the Technical Office / Production / Industrialization on the basis of the policies defined at Group level

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin.
• Proven experience in SCM, logistics, and retail/warehouse management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with SAP
• Excellent communication,organizational, and leadership skills.

This role bridges strategic planning (SCM) with hands-on execution (Stores/Inventory) to optimize the entire product flow and availability
