.Education Qualification : Engineering / Dip / Any graduates

Number of Years of Experience : 6-8 years of confirmed service.

Professional Exposure : Knowledge in Production scheduling/Control

Skill & Knowledge requirement : Excellent oral and written communication is must. Knowledge in ERP systems, Inventory management, Analytical Skills & Knowledge of MS Office.

1. Good communication and analytical skills.

2. Hands on experience in ERP and other material management systems.

3. Possesses good computer skills.

4. Demonstrates interpersonal skills and leadership potential

. Handling team of 1-2 team members for completing daily activates.

1. Monthly OP Planning in collaboration with Regional planning team
2. Deriving Day wise Production plan for Engine Assembly and Machine shop taking into consideration the OP Plan, FG Inventory Norms for Engines as well as machined 3C, Optimum capacity utilization & NPD planning considering Power & LOH cost impact, accommodation of Dragon prebuilds.
3. Program to Program plan fluctuation analysis
4. Given the increasing number of Engine variants, optimization of variant wise batch production planning to have optimum cost and FG inventory
5. Strengthening the Production Control process in the context of release stability (excluding external factors of Program volumes changes) within A to C window.

6. Ensure FCSD shipment as per schedules.
