About the Role:

Join us to lead oligo synthesis and analytics for groundbreaking therapeutic and diagnostic programs. As a PhD-level Scientific Officer, you’ll be central to delivering precision-driven solutions in genomics and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and troubleshoot automated solid-phase synthesis (detritylation–oxidation cycles).
• Scale synthesis to mmol level (coupling efficiency >99%).
• Purify (HPLC, PAGE, CE) and characterize (LC-MS, UV-Vis, MS) oligos.
• Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety, and SOPs.
• Drive cross-functional method development and QC initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. + 2–5 yrs in oligo synthesis and analysis.
• Strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, analytics.
• Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
