Primary School Teacher

📌 Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach core subjects including

  English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Science

  , and other activities as required.
• Use varied teaching methods and instructional materials to support all learners.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Assign homework and projects, evaluate student work, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Monitor and record students’ academic progress and behaviour regularly.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain discipline, ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment, and support students’ emotional well-being.
• Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies and procedures.

Communication & Collaboration

• Conduct

  Parent-Teacher Meetings

  to discuss student progress and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to enhance the learning experience.

Co-Curricular Activities

• Participate in school events, educational trips, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with new teaching techniques, educational trends, and participate in training programs as required.

🎓 Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.

Even Individuals with 10th/12th/Graduation Qualified having Good Communication Skills can apply.

• Preferably

  Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

  or Bachelor of Elementary Education.

• Teacher Eligibility Test (TET/CTET)

  qualification is desirable.
