About the Role:

Ubique Hire Hinge is hiring a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher for a reputed school in Garhwa District, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching skills, patience, and a student-friendly approach to handle children in the primary classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and manage students of Primary Classes (1–5) in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, class activities, and assessments.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective student participation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for overall student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) + B.Ed qualification (Mandatory).
• Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred, but motivated freshers may also apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Classroom management and time management skills.
• Passion for teaching and child development.
