SCHOOL Classes: 9 to 12 Acadfinity is hiring on behalf of Jack N Jill School , as part of its academic excellence and talent acquisition initiative. Role Summary: Jack N Jill School is seeking experienced and result-oriented PGT Subject Teachers for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics to teach Classes 912. The role focuses on strong board results along with IIT-JEE, NEET, Olympiads and Pre-Foundation preparation, ensuring conceptual clarity, disciplined academic delivery, and continuous assessment. Key Responsibilities: Academic Teaching & Curriculum Delivery Teach assigned subject(s) for Classes 912 as per NCERT syllabus. Deliver concept-based teaching aligned with Board + Competitive Exams (IIT-JEE / NEET). Integrate pre-foundation strategies for Classes 9 & 10 and foundation strategies for Classes 11th & 12th. Conduct regular practicals. Competitive & Entrance Exam Preparation: Prepare students for IIT-JEE, NEET, Olympiads, NTSE/STSE and other entrance exams. Design topic-wise practice sheets, numerical/problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing classes. Introduce exam-oriented tricks, strategies, and time-management techniques. Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular mock tests, chapter wise test and school level exams. Perform detailed assessment analysis and identify learning gaps. Provide corrective teaching and academic mentoring based on performance. Notebook & Academic Monitoring: Ensure regular notebook checking, homework review, and academic discipline. Maintain subject records, assessment sheets, and progress reports. Student Mentorship & Support: Guide students academically and motivate them for competitive success. Support weak learners with remedial sessions and advanced learners with enrichment tasks. Academic Coordination: Collaborate with academic coordinators and school leadership. Participate in academic planning, meetings, and training programs. Regular parent communication to discuss the progress of student. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong subject command on conducting practicals with conceptual and numerical clarity. Proven ability to teach Board + IIT-JEE / NEET simultaneously. Experience in Olympiad & entrance exam preparation. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Analytical mindset for assessment and performance improvement. Student-centric, disciplined, and result-oriented teaching approach. Prior experience in competitive exam coaching will be a strong advantage.
