Plan and deliver syllabus-aligned lessons, build strong concepts and skills, and achieve consistent assessment/board outcomes using activity-based, inclusive pedagogy and data-driven remediation.

• Deliver lesson plans aligned to board syllabus; maintain weekly plans & records.
• Create assessments (class tests, term papers, projects), evaluate with rubrics, and run remediation.
• Differentiate for mixed abilities; maintain discipline & a safe learning climate.
• Use ed-tech (Smart Board/LMS/Google Classroom); track attendance & performance.
• Coordinate PTMs, clubs/house activities, events, and excursions as assigned.
• Contribute worksheets, question banks, and academic audits.

  (or B.Ed); CTET/TET preferred.

• TGT:

  Graduate in subject +

  B.Ed

• Strong English communication; Hindi/regional language is a plus. Basic IT skills required.
