### 🛠️ **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing issues like stress, anxiety, bullying, and academic challenges. * Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to students' needs. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to monitor and support students' progress. * Organize workshops and programs promoting mental health awareness and resilience. * Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress. * Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies. * Refer students to external mental health professionals when necessary. ### 🎓 **Qualifications:** * Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. * Relevant certification or licensure as per state regulations. * Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. * Strong understanding of child development and psychological theories. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ### 🤝 **Preferred Skills:** * Proficiency in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Familiarity with educational assessment tools and special education regulations. * Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse student backgrounds.
