School Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a well-connected and proactive School Partnerships Manager to drive school-based outreach and engagement initiatives in JP Nagar, Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong existing relationships with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers in the region.

You will be responsible for initiating and managing partnerships, conducting impactful school activities, and creating a steady pipeline of student leads through on-ground rapport building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your existing school network to schedule and execute school engagement activities.

Conduct and manage:

• Career guidance sessions
• Student motivation talks
• Scholarship tests
• PTM-based interactions
• Orientation programs
• Act as the key liaison between the brand and school authorities, ensuring positive brand representation.
• Secure permission for on-campus promotions, seminars, and branding opportunities.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with target schools to ensure recurring engagement.
• Work closely with the Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams for seamless event execution and lead follow-up.
• Track school visits, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in school engagement, academic outreach, or education marketing.
• Must have strong existing connects with schools in JP Nagar or surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred).
• Energetic, confident, and able to drive field activities independently.
• Passion for student success and education industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Network & Relationship Management: 2 years (Required)
