Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate student transport records (routes, stops, bus numbers)
• Coordinate daily transport operations with drivers and staff
• Prepare monthly reports on transport usage, fuel consumption, and delays
• Track and schedule vehicle maintenance and document renewals (RC, insurance, permits)
• Manage driver and conductor duty rosters
• Ensure compliance with CBSE transport safety norms (GPS, CCTV, female attendant, etc.)
• Communicate with parents regarding route changes or delays
• Assist in preparing transport budget and cost optimization strategies

Excel Proficiency Highlights:

• Maintains transport attendance and driver rosters
• Tracks fuel usage and costs with monthly summaries
• Uses Excel dashboards for real-time route and vehicle status tracking
• Familiar with Google Sheets, sharing permissions, and basic formula scripts

Education & Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in [Any relevant stream – e.g. B.Com, BA, IT]
• Short-term course in MS Excel / Data Management (Optional but beneficial)

Experience:Atleast one year or more working as Transport Data Incharge at a CBSE-affiliated school handling 20 to 30 bus routes and over 1500+ students.

• Experience in managing full transport operations
• Advanced Excel skills improving reporting and efficiency
• Compliance with CBSE norms and parent communication
• Independent handling of data and coordination with vendors and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
