Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Counselor at Baldwin Academy in Patna. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and support for mental health and psychological well-being. Day-to-day tasks include individual and group counseling sessions, developing and implementing intervention programs, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support students' development. The counselor will also assist students in setting academic and career goals.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Counseling skills
• Career Counseling skills
• Psychology and Mental Health expertise
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in educational institutions and familiarity with child development practices is a plus
