 • 🎯 Lead with empathy: Engage parents/students, understand their needs, and walk them through the admissions process.

 • 💬 Be the first impression: Calls, emails, WhatsApp, Zoom – you’ll represent Dreamtime with warmth and clarity.

 • 📈 Drive admissions: Share the value of Dreamtime Learning Hub and help families take the leap.

 • 🤝 Work cross-team: Partner with marketing, academics, and student services to ensure smooth onboarding.

 • 📊 Stay organized: Keep admission records updated in our CRM, track progress, and suggest improvements.

 • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (education, counseling, or related).

 • 🏫 Mandatory: Prior experience in school admissions (non-negotiable ✅).

 • 🗣 Strong communication + interpersonal skills to build real connections.

 • 🧩 Highly organized with attention to detail.

 • 💻 Comfortable with MS Office + CRM tools.
