Job Description:

A reputed CBSE school in Marathahalli,Kengeri, Bengaluru is looking for a proactive and efficient School Admin with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant administrative experience. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and have strong communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative activities of the school.
• Manage student admissions, enquiries, and documentation.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management for seamless operations.
• Maintain school records, reports, and databases.
• Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and schedules.
• Manage front office operations including calls, emails, and visitor handling.
• Support HR-related tasks such as attendance, staff coordination, and basic documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE operational guidelines as required.
• Assist in fee collection coordination and maintain related records.
• Provide administrative support to the Principal and Management team.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in school administration (preferably in CBSE schools).
• Strong communication (English/Hindi/Kannada) and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Professional, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
