School Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive School Admin to manage daily operations, support the principal, and ensure smooth functioning of the school. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and people-handling skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and administration.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, transport staff, and management.
• Maintain student records, attendance, admission documents, and registers.
• Handle front office activities — phone calls, enquiries, parent meetings.
• Ensure campus cleanliness, safety, and maintenance follow-up.

Admissions & Parent Interaction

• Support the admissions team with enquiries, campus tours, and follow-ups.
• Maintain enquiry-to-admission records.
• Provide clear communication to parents regarding school processes.

Staff & Resource Coordination

• Monitor teacher attendance and submit reports to HR/Accounts.
• Coordinate timetables, substitutions, events, and exam schedules.
• Manage inventories: books, uniforms, stationery, ID cards.

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain statutory documents and school compliance records.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management and principal.
• Assist in fee follow-up coordination with accounts team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
