Role Description

Unison World School is seeking a full-time residential School Administrator (Bursar) for its on-site campus in Dehradun. The role includes managing daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with school policies, overseeing budgets and financial planning, and facilitating smooth communication between staff and stakeholders. The School Administrator (Bursar) will also support the school’s leadership in planning and coordinating resources for effective educational delivery, as well as supervise the implementation of lesson planning and other academic programs.


Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience as a School Administrator
  • Strong skills in Communication and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing complete administration and related operational tasks, including budget and resource management.
  • Leadership qualities and expertise in Educational Leadership, with the ability to facilitate and support decision-making processes in an educational environment.
  • Candidates from a Defence background shall be given preference

  • Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems
  • Experience in student-centred environments and understanding pastoral care principles is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
