School Administration Officer

• Assist in planning and organizing educational events, seminars, and student activities.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, materials, catering, and guest coordination.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Help in creating promotional content and social media announcements.
• Maintain event documentation and feedback for future improvement.
• Provide on-site support during events to manage attendees and troubleshoot issues.
• Guide prospective students through course offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
• Handle incoming queries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Maintain records of student inquiries and follow up regularly.
• Support the admissions team in organizing seminars, open houses, and info sessions.
• Provide accurate information about the institution, programs, scholarships, and deadlines.
• Assist in student documentation and application processing.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
