Scheduling Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Analyst to join our Training Operations team. In this role, you will create and manage class schedules, ensure efficient trainer allocation, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional member experience. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and resource optimization across our studios. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Creation and Maintenance: - Develop and maintain accurate class schedules based on demand, trainer availability, and facility capacity. - Regularly update schedules to accommodate changes such as cancellations, trainer shifts, or new classes. - Ensure efficient utilization of trainers" time through proactive planning. Trainer Allocation: - Assign trainers to group classes, matching their skills and availability with class requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally to address scheduling conflicts and consider trainer preferences when possible. Resource Optimization: - Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and other departments to align schedules with available resources. - Adjust schedules in response to demand trends, seasonal patterns, or special events. - Strive to reduce trainer downtime and enhance overall productivity. Qualifications & Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to analyze historical data for forecasting and planning purposes. - Prior experience in scheduling, forecasting, or workforce planning. Good to Have: - Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.,
