SCHEDULER

Description

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements and timelines.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Maintain and update scheduling tools and software to ensure accurate tracking of project timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about scheduling challenges.
