Responsibilities/Requirements

1. MEMCM 5 to 10 Years experience Distributions and Infrastructure

o Experience with Application deployments SCCM

o Experience with the Microsoft Patch Process in SCCM

o Experience with third party vendor patch process like Chrome

o Experience with the x Workstation Client

o Experience in reading in MEMCM client Logs

2. 3 to 5 Years MEMCM Reporting Patch compliance, MEMCM Client Monitoring, and be able to create SQL Web reports.

3. 3 to 6 years Power Shell experience

4. 3 to 5 Years Experience in Qualys

5. 2 to 5 Years Agile Experience

6. 5+ years Experience in Vulnerability assessment and remediation tools like Qualys.

7. C++ Experience is an advantage

8. 5 Years Remedy Experience

9. 6 Months Service Now Experience

10. Experience with NDEX is an advantage

11. Experience in SPLUNK reporting is an advantage

12. 3 Year experience in Power BI

13. knowledge of Tableau Reports

14. Experience in JIRA

15. 5 Year Experience with SharePoint Design and Infrastructure

16. 2 Year Experience with Apple Mac Devices and Jamf

17. Experience in handling Larger Enterprise

18. Good Work Experience and ability in Root Cause Analysis and reporting.

19. Ability to introduce Automation to reduce workloads and redundancy.

20. Understand the process workflow in tools and services like Remedy and other Ticketing Tools.

21. Hands on experience on CM trace, PS tools and client center.

22. Sound knowledge in Windows 10 Operating System and all above knowledge to effectively communicate, understand, transform requirements, collaborating with technical resources and engineering teams.

23. Ability to on board new activities, stream line, document and train team members. Mentor junior team members, conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upscale the skills in the team.

24. Adapt / adhere to the process and look for improvements towards continuous improvements and ideas.

25. Strong communication skills required as coordination with project managers, line of business contacts are key responsibilities of this role

26. Create Documents and Excel Pivot tables whenever needed. PowerPoint skills would be an added advantage.

Essential Qualifications

University degree in Business or related discipline.

Experience of more than 9+ years in technology.

Strong analytical skills.

Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

7+ years of systems support analysis experience

Knowledge in automation and languages including SCCM, PowerShell, WMI, SQL

5+ years technology infrastructure and Windows systems administration experience

Desired Qualifications

Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
